Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF) is a chronic, insidious, disabling disease of oral mucosa, oropharynx, and rarely, the larynx affecting millions people worldwide with prevalence rate 0.4% in Indian rural population. It results difficulty mouth opening can be to patient. needs timely diagnosis thus appropriate treatment administered depending on degree involvement. A case occurring 55 year old male patient presented this article.
